DPMS Call Out Service

Here at DPMS, we understand that sometimes, it just isn't practical to bring your computer in to be repaired, many farmers use specialist software for the parlours, which means the PC has to remain onsite. And in some cases you just don't want to argue with the tangle of cables and wires that hide behind the PC! For all these reasons we have a Trained Technician on call, who will be able to diagnose the problem and suggest options for repair.

The Service...

Our tehnician will be able to fix 80% of problems on site, however some problems are a little more difficult and may require a second visit. The service was put in place to allow us to help customers who have difficulty bringing their PC to the shop.

We also operate a collect and return service, whereby our engineer will collect your pc from your address and bring it to our workshop where it will be fixed and returned to you.

We have a PC available for loan with our collect and return, which, provided it is available, can be brought to your address by our technician when he collects your faulty system. It will be installed and working, and will be collected again when our technician returns your repaired computer.

Pricing...

The first hour of our technicians time is £45, this includes travel, and the installation of the loan PC if it is available.

Thereafter, each hour our technician spends wrestling with your system will only cost an additional, £5 per quarter of an hour. (£20 an hour)
